Product lacks installation hardware

The order was incomplete. It only came with the straps and an invoice - no bolts and nuts. The picture shows the hardware, but there was none. It is hard to believe that $60 fin straps do not come with the required hardware.

OMS Spring Heels provide divers excellent fit and comfort and make the divers fins easy to don and doff quickly. These unique straps are guaranteed to make putting on and taking off your fins easier and include loop and rubber spring guide. The rubber loops provide a cushion between the spring anddivers heel and provides a large grip to aid in pulling fin straps on and off. The straps will fit old school fins with wire point rubber attachment knob molded into the fins such as Scubapro Jets, XS Scuba Power, XS Scuba Turtle and others (see SKU's: SCPFJ, XSSFP, XSSFTE).
