About OrcaTorch
Founded in 2014, OrcaTorch was born from a simple belief: divers deserve reliable lighting.
In 2013, during a dive trip to Thailand, our founder Carson Weng—an experienced
flashlight manufacturer and outdoor enthusiast—saw too many divers using unreliable, poorly designed lights. Some failed at critical moments. That experience drove him
to raise the standard. Combining his manufacturing expertise with real diving needs,
he launched OrcaTorch.

Inspired by the orca—fearless, intelligent, and powerful—we build lights that perform in demanding environments, from recreational dives to technical exploration and public safety operations.
